Billy Ray Cyrus. He hates Milton, a.k.a. Bigfoot, who he claims attacked him once while he was mowing his lawn.
Mullet was arrested a couple months ago in his home town of East Jordan for inciting a one-man
riot at the annual Freedom Festival. He is currently running for governor of California.
